Ingredients

4x Tortillas or Wraps

2x Cups of Pizza Cheese Mix – Mozzarella, Parmesan, Cheddar

200g Pepperoni (sliced)

1x cup Pizza Sauce – Find my authentic Italian recipe here (coming soon)

How to make them

Process shots for the instructions from 1 to 6
  1. Toast Tortilla or Wrap – Lightly toast the Tortilla on both sides to harden them up a little. This will help them stay intact while the pizza cooks in the oven
  2. Apply Sauce – Drizzle sauce all over the base and using a spoon apply it evenly to the whole pizza base
  3. Add Cheese – Generously add the cheese to the pizza base covering the sauce
  4. Pepperoni Topping – I’m just using pepperoni today but you can choose whatever pizza toppings you like here
  5. Preheat Oven – 220c (420f) – Place pizza in a preheated oven until cheese has melted and is golden
  6. Cut, Fold & Eat – Cut in half with a pizza cutter and join the two sides like a sandwich and then cut into wedges. Enjoy!

Tips and Tricks

Spice: Add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes to the pizza sauce for a spicy kick.

Double Cheese Delight: Experiment with different cheese blends for an extra cheesy experience.

Herb-Infused Flavours: Mix fresh basil or parsley into the pizza sauce for a burst of herbaceous goodness.

Pizza Options

Here are a few basic options for your pizza if you want to mix it up:

  1. Mushrooms and Spinach: Sautéed mushrooms and fresh spinach leaves add a burst of earthy flavours and a healthy twist.
  2. BBQ Chicken: Grilled chicken marinated in tangy barbecue sauce is a tasty and protein-packed alternative to pepperoni.
  3. Margherita: Keep it simple with sliced tomatoes, fresh basil, mozzarella cheese, and a drizzle of olive oil for a classic taste
  4. Vegetarian: Load up on colorful veggies like bell peppers, red onions, olives, and artichokes.
  5. Sausage and Peppers: Cooked Italian sausage slices with sautéed bell peppers and onions provide a savoury and hearty topping.
  6. Buffalo Chicken: Tossed in spicy buffalo sauce, chicken chunks bring a kick of heat to your pizza along with blue cheese crumbles.
  7. Pesto and Sun-Dried Tomatoes: Spread pesto as the base and top with sun-dried tomatoes and fresh mozzarella for a burst of Mediterranean flavors.
  8. Hawaiian: Balance sweet and savory with ham and pineapple chunks, creating a tropical-inspired option.
  9. Feta and Olive: Crumbled feta cheese combined with sliced Kalamata olives gives a tangy and briny essence.
